MAKEUP WORK EXPERIENCE
I started out as an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay. Then, I worked on both sides of the camera for over 15 years in Florida as an actress (S.E.G./S.A.G eligible) in TV and film, beauty consultant and makeup artist, print model, radio voiceovers, and theatre.
Famous Faces (Florida) and ABA Marketing (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) hired me as a 'Beauty Consultant from Florida, U.S.A.' to travel to Dubai and Abudabi. To large groups of women, mostly Indian and British, I taught skin care, color harmony, and did beauty makeovers. Guerlain of Paris was one of my sponsors, and I used all of their products for my demonstrations.
I am a graduate of Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry's 'Multi-Media Makeup Artistry' program, mastering techniques in Fashion, Bridal, Airbrushing, Film and Photography Makeup. I also learned how to apply facial hair (moustaches), create stubble, and create the effects of bruising, cuts, and bleeding.
Soon after I graduated from Cosmix, I was trained in retail at Neiman Marcus. I worked in the Beauty Department and attended monthly trainings in makeup, skincare, and other beauty products.
